	WHITSUN £750
	OCTOBER HALF TERM ~ £700
	CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR £750
	HIGH SEASON ~ £950 per week
	MID SEASON ~ £600 per week
	LOW SEASON ~ £400 per week
	High Season: July and August (including bank holiday) and 1st half of September.
	Mid Season: May, June, 2nd half of September and October
	Low Season: November, December, January, February, March and April.

Please note: Prices include electricity and heating. There is an additional charge of £30 cash to be paid when you leave to cover the cleaning of the house. Please leave this money in the kitchen. We feel it is easier to have the house cleaned to a standard you would expect and saves you the hassle of cleaning after a jolly good holiday!
